Studio G sells original bronze sculptures and printed book editions, shipped directly from the studio in Cape Town.
You may cancel an order for a full refund at any time before it has shipped. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but the terms below still apply.
Because our books are printed editions, we do not accept returns for change of mind once an order has shipped.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, contact us within 14 days at hello@studiog.global. For damage, please include a photo. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, and we cover return postage where a return is needed.
Each sculpture is a hand-finished, limited-edition work. Sculpture sales are arranged directly with the studio; terms for cancellation, shipping and insurance are confirmed in writing at the time of purchase.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Paystack.
