Refund policy

Every book shipped from the studio is checked and packed by hand.

If a book arrives damaged, email iam@studiog.global within 14 days of delivery with a photograph. The studio sends a replacement at no cost, or refunds the full price including shipping, your choice.

If you change your mind, email within 14 days of delivery. Send the book back unread and undamaged. The price of the book is refunded when it arrives. Return postage is yours.

Signed copies are signed; that is not a defect.

Amazon orders are Amazon’s. Their returns go through Amazon.

Refunds go back the way the payment came, through Paystack, within seven days of the studio agreeing to them.
